This is Mikey Johnson, a 25 year caricature veteran to the art for. He only drew profile caricature until he came to work for us during the summer. He was thrown into a mix of straight on and 3/4 profile drawers which I'm sure was quit a shock, but adapted rather nicely. I enjoyed working with him and hearing about how art form has changed throughout the years. He has since moved on to another day job, best of luck to Mikey.
This was a couple that wanted to be redrawn a little more funnier. A rookie (to the caricature world) got a hold of these two and went portrait style on them. So I turned a 180' on them.
This lady sat down and told me that she recently found out about her pregnancy and asked if there was anything I could do with that.
OH THESE GUYS!!! they sat down and I became instantly humored and sort of uncomfortable. He was the type that just yakked and yakked throughout the whole sketch, and totally cutting off her girl friend every time she would speak, not on purpose, but just because he was a.d.d. At one point I could help but ask where the two met. he leaned back and responded with how it was a typical rock star story. He went over to practice with his band over at his bassists house. At some point his bassists mom came down to but something into the garage, and he knew he loved her right then and there... yep, his bassists mom (rock star story).
